  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During sales, new collection launches, or festive seasons, processing may take slightly longer.


Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹999.
  • A standard shipping fee may apply to orders below the free shipping threshold. Charges will be displayed during checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email
  • Tracking number
  • Courier partner details

You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed attempts, the package may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping returned orders.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and PIN code are accurate before completing your purchase.

OFFTEXT is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Currently, OFFTEXT ships only within India.
